Carlotta is a visionary leader in the global fashion and creative industries. She has a track record of building platforms that foster cultural exchange, economic growth, and creative empowerment. A Jamaican by heritage, with Icelandic citizenship and residency in England, she brings a unique global perspective, seamlessly blending expertise in fashion, health, and strategic development. In the fashion industry, Carlotta is the founder and director of Erlendur Fashion Week Iceland, an international platform that merges art, fashion, and culture. e event has attracted top designers, such as Royal designer Addy van den Krommenacker, industry. She is also the founder of Erlendur Magazine and Erlendur Talent Agency, a creative management company based in Iceland, representing models, actors, and other creatives. As a health psychologist, she worked across Europe and Africa, spearheading impactful health initiatives. She served as Director of Health Initiatives while working with former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo and played a key role in developing health interventions in Ghana and other African nations. Now, Carlotta is bringing her expertise home to Jamaica to establish a world-class Jamaica Fashion Week and position the island as a global fashion hub. Her vision is to celebrate Jamaica’s rich cultural heritage while leveraging international collaborations to drive tourism, job creation, and foreign investment in the fashion industry. With her strategic mindset, international connections, and deep cultural understanding, Carlotta is passionate about elevating Jamaica’s fashion industry onto the world stage

Latoya Mcleary is a Jamaican Born Fashion Stylist and Creative Director based in New York City. Latoya’s Fashion Journey started at the Style Institute in New York City taught by Celebrity Stylist Anita Patrickson. Latoya showed true talent and was top of her class which earned her the opportunity to assist Celebrity Stylist Anita on major Fashion Productions in Los Angeles this continued to build on Latoya’s experience as a Fashion Stylist and Creative Director. Latoya didn’t stop there she later enrolled in Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). Earning her Diploma in Fashion Merchandising and Fashion Management. She continued her Education at the Conde Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design in London Now called The Vogue College of Fashion studying Fashion Marketing, Fashion Production and Creative Direction. Latoya Also Studied Fashion PR and Communication at the University of Madrid. Her Dedication to learning and Gaining first class Knowledge and experience from the best continued at The School of Style Mentored by Image Architect Law Roach studying Image Architecture. Latoya is one of School of Style Founding Cohort. Latoya is always working and evolving at such a rapid pace that she used her experience and knowledge in the fashion industry to start her own eyewear brand HauteLife World. Created out of her love for Traveling and Fashion.HauteLife World have been featured in many Magazines including Vogue, Elle, Glamour, Harpers Bazaar Magazine. HauteLife World have been on major runways around the world including Milan and Paris. Latoya is not only a creative but a true visionary that wants to use her platform to inspire and be impactful through Strategic Partnerships around the world with a focus on her country of birth Jamaica.

With a background in high-level investment banking and a heart grounded in ministry, Jacqueline brings a unique fusion of business strategy, storytelling, and spiritual insight to every table. Her mission is clear: to help women rise confidently, collaboratively, and connected to their divine identity and purpose.
A native of Jamaica, Jacqueline has spent over a decade building bridges between women, brands, and opportunities—creating spaces where overlooked voices become powerful forces for change. Through TheBeyondWoman Magazine, TheBeyondWoman Conversations podcast, curated masterclasses, and community experiences, she has spotlighted Caribbean excellence, elevated regional narratives, and supported a thriving network of trailblazing women across business, media, fashion, and purpose-driven leadership.
